What we do

Warehouse moves fail on inventory, not on lifting. If stock arrives at the new site unlabelled and out of sequence, your team spends the next month finding things instead of shipping them.

We move warehouses in phases, dock to dock, with the inventory recorded as it leaves and checked as it lands. Racking comes down and goes back up in the layout you have planned, not wherever it fits.

Where you cannot stop shipping, we run a staged cutover so one site is still picking orders while the other is being built.

Can we keep shipping during the move?

In most cases yes. We run a phased cutover so one site keeps picking and packing while the other is being set up, then switch over on an agreed date.

Do you install racking at the new site?

We disassemble, transport and reinstall standard pallet racking to your layout. Engineered or seismically rated installs are done with a certified installer.

How do you handle inventory?

Stock is logged as it is loaded and checked against the same list on arrival, so discrepancies surface on the day rather than at your next count.

Can you move machinery?

We move most equipment and tooling. Anything requiring rigging, disconnection or certification is coordinated with the appropriate trade.
