Office Movers in Toronto

Move the office over a weekend and open on Monday as if nothing happened.

What we do

Office moves in downtown Toronto are a building problem before they are a moving problem. Freight elevator bookings, dock windows, security sign-in, insurance certificates - miss one and the truck sits on Adelaide while your lease runs out.

We move offices across Toronto and the GTA, and we deal with those buildings every week. We book the freight elevator at both ends, file the certificates property management asks for, and work to the after-hours window your building actually grants.

Desks are labelled by seat, IT is boxed by workstation, and your team walks into a floor where their monitor is on their desk instead of in a pile by the window.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do you need for an office move?

Two to four weeks is ideal, mostly because buildings need that long to confirm freight elevator windows. We have done faster when the dates were already booked.

Do you move on weekends?

Yes, and it is what we usually recommend. Loading Friday evening and setting up Saturday means your team returns Monday to a working floor.

Who handles the computers?

We pack, move and reconnect monitors, docks and peripherals by seat. Servers and network hardware should be disconnected by your IT provider, and we schedule around them.

Can you get rid of the furniture we are not taking?

Yes. We dismantle and remove old desks, chairs and cabinets for disposal, donation or resale as part of the same booking.
