We plan whole-home moves around that reality. Before moving day we walk through the house - in person or over video - so the truck, the crew and the hours are sized for everything you own, not just the furniture on the main floor.
On the day, we work room by room with a labelled loading system, so unpacking on the other end follows the same order instead of turning into a scavenger hunt.
