Frequently Asked Questions
Can you move us outside business hours?
Yes - evenings, weekends and overnight are standard for commercial work. Most of our business relocations happen when the office is closed.
How much downtime should we expect?
For most small and mid-size businesses, none during working hours. We load after close and have you set up before you open.
Do you handle IT equipment?
We move and reinstall workstations, monitors and peripherals. Disconnecting servers and network gear should be done by your IT provider, and we coordinate the timing with them.
Do you provide insurance certificates?
Yes, for both buildings. Send us the property management contacts when you book and we forward them ahead of the move.
