Movers carrying boxes into a condo building

Residential services

Condo Moving

Elevator bookings, loading docks and building rules handled for you.

What we do

A condo move is really a building move. The truck is the easy part - the elevator window, the loading dock, and the property manager are what decide whether your day runs on time.

We move condos across Toronto and the GTA every week, so we plan around your building instead of fighting it. We book the service elevator, supply the certificate of insurance your management office asks for, and protect hallways, doors and elevator cabs before a single box moves.

You get a crew that has done this in towers like yours, and a schedule that fits inside the window your building actually gave you.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide a certificate of insurance for my building?

Yes. Send us your management office contact when you book and we forward the certificate directly, usually within one business day.

Who books the service elevator?

Most buildings require the resident to reserve it, but we tell you exactly how long to book and coordinate with the concierge on the day.

How long does a condo move take?

A one-bedroom condo is typically 3-5 hours door to door. Long corridors, shared elevators and distant loading docks add time, and we account for that in your estimate.

What if my building has no loading dock?

We handle street-level loading regularly. Tell us the address when you book and we plan parking and the walking distance into the quote.
